The lutrin with the book is based on a mirror, so your Sims can increase their speech. Only the chair needs Living Large to be used, the other items are basic Sims objects. The nice round bookcase is made by Heather

The Dome is based on a rug so you need to make the first floor to put it on. For a better look I use the transparent floor from Caro’s Sim Kagen on the second floor. Both dome and colum are dropable when walls are down.
